For people who cannot afford eyebrow pencils but...
take a slanted brush and brown mascara (or black or purple whateva) I usually use a dark brown or whatever I have around.
dip the tip or rub the ends of the slanted brush on the mascara and use that in replacement of your eyebrow pencil. Use it like a paintbrush ~
After I do that I usually take a black mascara and make my eyebrow hairs black. It seems to even everything out. Your choice to do...
